Wearing the HeartWatch

Wearing the HeartWatch for as long as possible will ensure that your physician will receive the most accurate data possible for the best possible treatment. With that in mind, we understand that there will be situations where you need to take off the device. Feel free to do so, but be sure to place the device back on your arm as soon as possible.

The HeartWatch was developed with comfort and longevity in mind. It can be worn for months on end. the exact wear time will depend on your initial consultation with your physician.

The HeartWatch is graded to be sweat and showerproof, however it is not completely waterproof. We advise against submerging the device. Activities like swimming and bathing are not to be done with the device still on.

Rest assured that all heart and health data is securely stored on our cloud-based servers. Only our select certified cardiac technicians and your physician have access to your data.

Troubleshooting

Your HeartWatch will vibrate once each time a tag is created. If you feel two vibrations outside of tagging, then an error has occurred. Open the phone app to determine the error and then follow the instructions on the home screen message to fix the issue.

If there is a blue light blinking from your HeartWatch, that means that the device has lost Bluetooth connectivity with your phone. Please refer to our manual for ways to reconnect the HeartWatch and phone’s Bluetooth connectivity.
